SMS in CARBOOK: Terms of Use

In CARBOOK, SMS are used for appointment reminders, repair completion notifications, sending receipts, collecting feedback, and sharing links to the service book.

Updated SMS Usage Terms

  • No free SMS: SMS packages are no longer included in CARBOOK plans.
  • Pricing: the cost of one SMS is 1.22 UAH (VAT included), via the Vodafone provider. Billing is calculated monthly for the previous month based on the actual number of messages sent, according to the selected SMS provider’s terms.
  • Vodafone (Ukraine): the current provider supports SMS delivery within Ukraine only.
  • International SMS: for sending messages abroad or using a fully international service, you need to use the provider AlphaSMS.
  • Instructions: detailed setup and connection guide for AlphaSMS is available here.
  • Activation: to connect or change the SMS provider, please contact your manager.
